Help files and manuals delivered with your product
The help files and manuals contain information about the setup and use of your product. These resources are useful in understanding functions and features of the program. The Help files may be accessed from within the program in one of two ways.
- Use the F1 key on the keyboard while you are in a specific area of the program,..or
- Click on the Help Menu and select “Table of Contents”
For a period of 30 days following your product purchase, you are entitled to free support via e-mail. Simply submit your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will be answered by our support staff in the order they were received and usually within 24 hours.
Telephone assistance is available using one of our Support Plans. We will address your questions and concerns and assist you in troubleshooting problems or issues you may have. You must have a Support Agreement in place to receive assistance from a support representative. Please see our Support Plans for current prices and available options. You can complete this Agreement in one of two ways:

This training is available only if you have a high-speed internet connection. Prices for training start at $199. Please call us to check current pricing and availability.
Familiarize yourself with your software using one or more of the above resources. To supplement these resources we also provide one-on-one training at your office. These training sessions are half-day sessions and the cost is $349 per session. We are only able to provide training by internet or on-site.
